Number 20 David Ramirez throws a pitch against Clear Brook High School.

The varsity baseball team beat Kinkaid High School in a scrimmage this past Tuesday, April 3rd on Senior Night. It was a close game, with Falls starting off behind when number eleven on Kinkaid hit a homerun with the bases loaded in the bottom of the second inning. Falls switched out their pitcher, Alec Beversdort, for Kyle Whittleman. They remained behind 0-4 until Noah Paulson scored a home run, and Jones Major scored off the homerun in the bottom of the fourth inning. Tying the game up, Austin Rawls and David Ramirez scored off Jones Major’s hit at the bottom of the fifth inning. The game remained a close tie until the middle of the sixth inning when Matthew Novominsky had the game winning hit. Come support the team at their next games Tuesday, April 11th away against Brazoswood at 7pm and Friday, April 14th home against Brazoswood!
